We work hard to ensure that all wine gets to you in one piece, however in the unfortunate event that products you have ordered are damaged in transit or are missing from the delivery then please reach out so we can resolve the issue promptly. Usually this will be by way of sending you replacement products but due to item availability may involve a credit.

We always ensure that we comply with the Consumers Guarantee Act.

Auckland: 2-3 working days

North Island: 2-5 working days

South Island & Rural: Allow 4-8 working days
