Mahala Vines operates under a New Zealand-issued off-licence and complies with the requirements of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. This licence permits us to legally promote, sell, and deliver wine through online and mail order channels.

Mahala Vines is committed to supplying wines of the highest quality, free from faults or defects. In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will replace or refund any goods that do not meet acceptable quality standards.
